The 12 m2 room is currently furnished with bed, desk and dresser. The furniture can be taken over in accordance with the current roommate. It is located in a spacious, modern 4-room apartment with living room, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a large shower and a toilet. A highlight is the south facing balcony, perkft for sunny hours and beautiful summer evenings. The apartment also includes a laundry room with own washing machine, two basement compartments and a small shed for bicycles or other things.
The apartment was completely renovated in 2023 - here no wishes remain open!
The apartment is located in a quiet residential area with excellent transport links to B27 and A8. The airport can be reached quickly by car or bus, and Plieningen Metro Station is a 7-minute walk away. From there you can reach Stuttgart city centre in about 25 minutes. The racket on the subway you will find an EDEKA, a pharmacy and a DHL packing station. The bus stop Fruwirthstraße is also only 5 minutes away. The University of Hohenheim is within walking distance.
Hello, I'm Hannah, 26 years old, and I'm happy to be a new fellowwoman soon! I work as a product agent in Stuttgart, mostly in the office, but I have the opportunity to work in the home office. Originally I studied at the University of Hohenheim, so I am well familiar with the area.
In my spare time I am very active - I love sports, whether racing, jogging, tennis or fitness. This is for me the perfect balance to work. I also like to listen to music (usually with headphones).
I like to meet friends, be it for a coffee in the city, a dance evening on weekends or the VfB game. At the same time I enjoy the time in the apartment. I am a very neat and communicative person who appreciates a friendly and relaxed WG atmosphere. It's important to me that we feel comfortable in the WG and maybe do something together - whether it's a game night, a trip to the city or just chat together on the sofa.
Of course everyone should have their freedom, that's just as important to me. I wish with a good balance between common moments and respectful coexistence.
