Leider muss ich mein geliebtes WG-Zimmer verlassen und suche daher eine/n Nachmieter*in für mein WG-Zimmer ab 1.2.25 (nach Absprache auch schon früher). Es handelt sich um eine große Wohnung mit drei wunderschönen Zimmern und einem Balkon, der über zwei der Zimmer zugänglich ist. Es gibt ein kleines Bad mit Duschbadewanne und Toilette und eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit allem was das Herz begehrt (most important: Spülmaschine).
Bei dem verfügbarem Zimmer handelt es sich um ein sehr geräumiges, 23 m^2 großes Zimmer mit eigenem Balkonzugang. Das Zimmer verfügt über eine große Fensterfront Richtung Süden, weshalb es in dem Zimmer immer schön hell ist. Einige der Möbel werde ich da lassen und sollen übernommen werden (Schreibtisch, Kommode, Regal und Kleiderschrank). Über den Ablösepreis können wir noch sprechen. Die Warmmiete beträgt 480 € inklusive aller Nebenkosten und eine Kaution von 334 €.

The apartment is located in a multi-family house in a quiet side street. The nearest stop is only a ~3 minute walk away and from there you can get great by bus to the University of Hohenheim or Plieningen underground station in just 5 minutes. However, both can be easily reached in a 20 min walk (a bit high up the mountain, but this is also feasible). By the way, you walk through the beautiful park, so the mountain is only half as bad!
There are also enough shops nearby or in short ways by bus or car: Edeka, net, Penny, Aldi, Lidl.

In our WG, Cora and Laura are currently living (both something in the middle of 20), two very loving and sympathetic roommates who pursue their Master at the University of Hohenheim. In the WG we share not only rent, but also many common moments, especially our cozy kitchen is a place of creativity and exchange where we like to cook together and talk. Or in the evening on the balcony we often spend time together. We appreciate being in good company and enjoying one or other beer, beer, cupcake, wine, while we chat about everything. And yet everyone can withdraw at any time.
