Die Lage der Wohnung ist absolut ruhig. Unweit von der Wohnung befinden sich Felder und Wälder, die zum Spazierengehen und Joggen einladen. Auch der Botanische Garten der Uni Hohenheim befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zu der Wohnung.
