Das Wohnzimmer wird natürlich von uns beiden genutzt. Wenn du Home-Office-Tage hast, kannst du gerne am Esstisch arbeiten.
Die Küche ist mit einer Spülmaschine ausgestattet und du hast deinen eigenen Kühlschrank.
Zur Wohnung gehört auch ein kleiner Kellerraum, der mitbenutzt werden kann. Es gibt einen Stellplatz und gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Außerdem gibt es einen Fahrradabstellplatz vor dem Haus.
Das WG-Zimmer (ca. 15 qm) ist mit einem Bett (Malm inkl. Aufbahrungsmöglichkeit; weiß; 140x200 cm), einer Kommode (Malm 3 Schubladen; weiß) und einem offenen Schrank (BOAXEL) ausgestattet. Es gibt Platz für einen Schreibtisch, weitere Kommoden oder einen Sessel. Die schwarze Kommode Malm ist nicht Bestandteil der Möblierung.
