Hello you love WG seekers!
We have a nice, bright room to forgive in the EC.
The room has 18m2, 4 large windows and is almost square cut. The floor consists of bright laminate and the walls can be removed as you want. A wall is straight dark blue and gives the room a Klecks color. You should bring furniture yourself.
Entry date is 1 April 2025.
Now to the house: We live a semi-detached house, consisting of 3 floors and therefore have plenty of space. In addition to the rooms of the roommates, we also have a dining room, a kitchen, a huge living room incl. Bar, table stool and a cozy sofa corner, as well as a large garden with garden views, which is perfect for the next grill party. :
Otherwise, our WG offers everything you can only wish: dishwasher, washing machine, two bathrooms (1x shower/Klo and 1x bathroom and WC separately), Netflix and other Abos, various game consoles, Singstar and much more!
We live in the 42nd Street. In just under 7 minutes you will run to the S-Bahn stop Rohr (S1, S2, S3). There is also a supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, div. Doctors and a night bus stop.
The HdM or the Uni-Campus Vaihingen is easily reached by bike in 15 min or you take the S-Bahn (comes every 10 min, you drive 3 stations, takes about 6 min). And in doubt one is also walking in 40 minutes from the university home;) It's about 15 minutes to the city centre.
For larger purchases, after an S-Bahn station you are already in Vaihingen and also otherwise there is always a ride for one or other beer box purchase :D In 5 min walking distance there is also a bonus and the Lidl is 10 min walking distance.
We are a colorful group of 6 people and as good as having fun for everyone :D
Lucy (studied biology), Lennart (studiert Agrarbiologie), Josepha (studiert Luft- und Raumfahrt; Aerospace Technology), Christoph (studiert Bauingenieurwesen) and Calvin (skilled electricians). Laura (studiert Luft- und Raumfahrt; Luft- und Raumfahrt; Aerospace Technology) leaves Stuttgart for her master thesis.
We are fortunately definitely not a purpose WG! 🥳
In the evening we often meet in the living room and grill on weekends or cook spontaneously together or celebrate together. Once again, we have gone to the city in clubs or bars, or have made yoga together.
Basically, however, if you want to have your rest, you will get it.
We are looking for someone who really wants to live with us and wants to live with us for at least a year. If you've read this, please leave the word "Banane" in your message.
