We have a nice, bright room to forgive in the EC.
The room has 18m2, 4 large windows and is almost square cut. The floor consists of bright laminate and the walls can be removed as you want. A wall is straight dark blue and gives the room a Klecks color. You should bring furniture yourself.

Wir haben ein schönes, helles Zimmer im EG zu vergeben.
Das Zimmer hat 18m², 4 große Fenster und ist fast quadratisch geschnitten. Der Boden besteht aus hellem Laminat und die Wände kannst du streichen, wie du möchtest. Eine Wand ist gerade Dunkelblau und gibt dem Zimmer einen Klecks Farbe. Möbel müsstest du selbst mitbringen.
Einzugsdatum ist der 1. April 2025.
Nun zum Haus: Wir bewohnen eine Doppelhaushälfte, bestehend aus 3 Stockwerken und haben daher reichlich Platz. Neben den Zimmern der Mitbewohner:innen haben wir noch ein Esszimmer, eine Küche, ein riesiges Wohnzimmer inkl. Bar, Tischkicker und einer gemütlichen Sofaecke, sowie einen großen Garten mit Gartenlaube, die sich perfekt für die nächste Grillparty eignet. :)
Ansonsten bietet unsere WG alles, was man sich nur wünschen kann: Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, zwei Bäder (1x Dusche/Klo und 1x Bad und WC separat), Netflix und andere Abos, diverse Spielekonsolen, Singstar und noch vieles mehr!

Grundsätzlich gilt aber: Falls du auch mal deine Ruhe haben möchtest, wirst du die bekommen.
