the room has about 20 m ², is well cut and bright. The apartment itself has about 80 m ², divided into 3 rooms (one per inhabitant), kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet and a small balcony.
The room is furnished and currently there is everything you see in the picture.:)
_ Location _
The apartment is located on the top floor in a backyard and is bright and quiet, so you can't hear any street noise. In 5 minutes you are at bus 43 (Falbenhennenstrasse) and in 5-10 at the U-Bahn stop Bopser or Austrian Platz. Shopping is often available due to the central location. In the city centre you are in a good 15 minute walk.
_ WG life _
The WG currently has a machine builder and a political scientist. We like to drink one or the other beer together, relax on the balcony, or do a round of sports together. But everyone has their rest if they don't want to do anything. So if you need time for yourself, it's always respected!
_ Other _
Cleanliness is important to us, but in the right relationship! A dirty finch, however, is not possible! We clean ourselves what we make dirty and every two weeks a cleaning force comes by and makes the apartment seem. There is no week of return.
The rent (warm) is 380 €plus ~ 20 €additional costs for Internet (100Mb / s) and radio contribution. With the 400, everything is covered!

das Zimmer hat ca. 20 m², ist gut geschnitten und hell. Die Wohnung selbst hat ca.80 m², verteilt auf 3 Zimmer (eins pro Bewohner), Küche, Bad, separates Klo und einen kleinen Balkon.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert und aktuell steht dort alles was du auf dem Bild siehst. :)
_Lage_
Die Wohnung liegt im obersten Stockwerk in einem Hinterhof und ist hell und ruhig, weshalb man fast keinen Straßenlärm hört. in 5 Gehminuten ist man beim Bus 43 (Falbenhennenstrasse) und in 5-10 bei der U-Bahn-Haltestelle Bopser oder Österreichischer Platz. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind aufgrund der zentralen Lage vielfach vorhanden. In der Innenstadt ist man in guten 15 min zu Fuß.
_WG-Leben_
In der WG wohnt aktuell ein Maschinenbauer, und eine Politikwissenschaftlerin. Wir trinken mal gerne das eine oder andere Bier zusammen, relaxen auf dem Balkon, oder treiben zusammen ne Runde Sport. Dennoch hat jeder seine Ruhe, wenn er nichts unternehmen möchte. Falls du also Zeit für dich brauchst wird das immer respektiert!
_Sonstiges_
Sauberkeit ist uns wichtig, aber im richtigen Verhältnis! Ein Schmutzfink kommt allerdings nicht in Frage! Wir putzen selbst was wir schmutzig machen und jede zwei Wochen kommt eine Putzkraft vorbei und macht die Wohnung scheinen. Eine Kehrwoche gibt es nicht.
Die Miete (warm) beträgt 380 € plus ~20€ Nebenkosten für Internet(100Mb/s) und Rundfunkbeitrag. Mit den 400 ist wirklich alles abgedeckt!
