The spacious, very bright room has three windows to the south. You look over the roofs of Stuttgart, over the magnificent old buildings and on one of the Stuttgarter Stäffele (Treppen). From late morning the sun shines into the room and wanders visibly over the sky until evening.
Our landlord has made the apartment very tastefully with designer furniture and it is in a very good, very well maintained state.

The apartment is located just between the Heusteig quarter and the Lehenviertel. These neighborhoods are known for their beautiful houses, great cafes and very good places. Train (8 minutes) and bus (2 minutes) are a few minutes' walk away. From there you can quickly get anywhere.
The Marienplatz, Austrian Square and many other hotspots are also 10 minutes away. The apartment itself is also only approx. 10 minutes from the Park am Teehaus - one of the most popular viewing points in Stuttgart. From there you also come relatively quickly with a walk through the forest to the Stuttgart TV Tower.

Our WG has a relaxed, harmonious and pragmatic coexistence. As we all work during the day, we'll see each other in the morning and evening. Hanna (31) is a graphic designer. Matthias (45) works with a large group (you can guess three times), but also likes to spend time in his electoral home Berlin and is often only half a week.
Despite the societality, each individual's privacy is fully respected - all the more beautiful when all come together in the kitchen, in the living room or in the summer on the balcony.
We look forward to a message from you. The visits will take place from the second week of January under the week of the evening, as Matthias is usually not on site during the weekend.
One more note: There is no pre-moulding and no detachment. However, our landlord has incorporated a wealth of high-quality furniture that we can request free of charge.
