Das Angebot gilt vor allem Werkstudenten, Praktikanten und Trainees, die noch keine Unterkunft haben und unter Umständen von weiter weg kommen und vorerst mal vor Ort irgendwo unterkommen müssen.
Dafür stelle ich dir mein Gästezimmer zur Verfügung, das bei Bedarf für ein paar Tage, Wochen oder Monate als Überbrückung benutzt werden kann. Weitere Details hierzu gerne in individueller Absprache. Je nachdem wird dann auch die Miete entsprechend angepasst.
Das Zimmer ist komplett möbliert ist und bietet für eine Person genügend Platz.
Unbefristete bzw. auf Dauer angelegte Anfragen kann ich leider derzeit nicht berücksichtigen.
- Das Zimmer befindet sich im unteren Geschoss einer Maisonettewohnung, ist allerding unter dem Dach (mit Dachschräge)
- Dein Zimmer ist sehr hell mit einem Dachfenster und einem hohen Fenster.
- Es steht ein Gäste-WC inkl. Dusche zur Verfügung (kein Tageslichtbad)
- Wohnzimmer und Küche sind im unteren Teil der Maisonettewohnung und dürfen selbstverständlich von dir mitbenutzt werden.
- Der angegebene Preis gilt nur für einzelne Übernachtungen. Wie oben bereits erwähnt, wird die Monatsmiete für längere Aufenthalte in Absprache auf die individuellen Bedürfnisse angepasst.
