Die schöne sanierte Altbau-Wohnung mit Originaldielen befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Lage in der Nähe vom Marienplatz.
Das Zimmer ist teilmöbliert und hell.
Gesamtgröße der Wohnung ist etwa 72 qm. mit insg. 3 Zimmern, Einbauküche, Loggia, Bad mit Dusche und Waschmaschine.
Sehr freundliche Umgebung und Nachbarschaft, gemeinsamer Hof wird im Sommer immer wieder für gemeinsames Grillen oder abendliches Plaudern benutzt.
Bus und U-Bahn erreicht man in 3 bzw. 5 Minuten. Die nächste U-Bahn-Haltestelle ist Erwin-Schöttle-Platz (5 Min zu Fuß). Bis Stadtmitte sind es etwa 12 Minuten zu Fuß.
Das Viertel ist voll Leben mit guten Restaurants und Kneipen, unsere Strasse ist jedoch sehr ruhig. Der Supermarkt am Marienplatz ist bis spät offen.
Wir sind 2 berufstätige Frauen in der zweiten Hälfte des Lebens, eine Pendlerin und recht selten da, beide unkompliziert im Umgang, kunst- und kulturinteressiert. Wir freuen uns auf deine Anfrage, wenn du berufstätig und WG-Erfahrung hast.
