Hallo :)
mein Zimmer in Stuttgart Süd wird frei.
Das Zimmer ist schön hell und man kann direkt auf den Marienplatz schauen. Den großen Kleiderschrank würde ich gerne verkaufen, sonst ist das Zimmer unmöbliert. Es ist 19 m2 groß und hat hohe Decken mit Stuck.

Die Lage der WG ist top. Man ist innerhalb von zwei Minuten an der U-Bahn Station Marienplatz und ist umgeben von Cafés und Bars. Auch in die Innenstadt hat man es nicht weit. Das Zimmer ist zwar an einer Straße gelegen, es wird aber nachts nicht laut. Unter der Wohnung befindet sich ein Restaurant.
Das WG-Leben ist sehr angenehm und eher ruhig :)
Man kann problemlos seine Ruhe haben, wenn man viel arbeiten oder lernen muss.
Es gibt aber auch immer wieder Möglichkeiten sich mit den Mitbewohnern zu connecten und abends eine Flasche Wein zusammen zu trinken oder gemeinsam zu kochen. Da wir eine gemischte WG sind, in der auch schon einige Vollzeit arbeiten, gibt es keine Partys unter der Woche.
Besichtigungen sind am besten abends oder online möglich.
