Your room has a little more than 20sqm, is oriented towards the road (bicycle road) and beautifully quiet.
The apartment has a total of about 75sqm. Very nice parquet is laid in the rooms. The hallway, kitchen & bathroom (daylight, shower) are tiled.
The third room is used as a common living room (with sofa, armchair, beamer etc.).
The apartment also has a great balcony (also located to the backyard - access through the kitchen).
The apartment is flooded with light & has high ceilings.
The apartment is 2 minutes away from Erwin-Schöttle Platz.
From here you can reach the metro in a few minutes in the city centre (3 stations).
The route can easily be managed on foot even after night celebrations ;-)
In addition, the B14 is very fast on the highway.
Shops of daily needs (Bäcker, Apotheke, Supermarket, Stammkneipe, Restaurants) are within a 5-minute walk.
The WG life was so far very simple and relaxed.
There have often been joint cooking activities or evening beer/wine in the common living room or in summer on the balcony.
I would be happy to keep this up so that you sometimes take something together. Here, however, "everything can, nothing has to be done!" and if someone wants his rest, that's not a problem either.
