Hello together ☺️

I'm looking for a rental company for my beautiful 20 m2 room in our WG directly at Marienplatz in the Kaiserbau building. The room is free to 01.02.2025 and offers enough space to feel comfortable.

You can take over the existing furniture like the bed, the swing chair and the comrades – but don't have to.

The rent is 870 € warm and you will not only get a great room, but also a great apartment with:
- floor heating in all rooms (individually adjustable),
- a daylight bath and a separate toilet,
- a storage room with washing machine,
- a small but fine dry cellar + bicycle cellar,
- a large common living room with a bay and view of the Marienplatz,
- a beautiful balcony for relaxing hours.

It's hard to do! The apartment is located directly on Marienplatz in the iconic Kaiserbau building. All you need is a few steps away:
- Rewe, bakery, bars and restaurants – partly right in the house!
- 1 minute to the subway or the back.
The location is perfect, whether you want to get to the city quickly or want to spend a nice evening right in front of the front door.

In our WG, there are three working women who actively shape WG life. We are not a purpose WG, but enjoy the common time when it comes to:
- Cook together, go to yoga or make the city insecure at night.
- Nevertheless, everyone has their room for themselves, as we are all professionally and privately well clamped.

For us, the WG is like a small family in which we value and support each other – open discussions included! Order is important to us and we take care of each other so that living together remains relaxed.

What we wish

We are looking for a female roommate who fits us with openness and good energy. You should like to have a harmonious WG life and enjoy good conversations.
