the room is bright, with window to the west, has a hall floor, a beautiful view, and well insulating windows.
A common large living room can also be used as a guest room. There is a beautiful garden with garden furniture for shared use. After agreement, the room can be rented partially furnished.

The ,Liststrasse' railway station is 100m away, the Marienplatz is a 5-minute walk away.
There are numerous shops, restaurants and cafes.

Ich suche bevorzugt eine weibliche , nette Mitbewohnerin, gerne ü 30 ... Es gibt ein gemeinsames Wohnzimmer, das auch als Gästezimmer genutzt werden kann. Die Küche ist groß und hat einen Balkon. Der Garten hinterm Haus ist wunderschön bepflanzt und, mit Gartenmöbeln und Feuerschale ausgestattet, jederzeit nutzbar. Es gibt einen kleinen Vorgarten, in dem Kräuter gepflanzt werden können. Im Wintergarten befindet sich meine Werkstatt für Geigenbau. Ich bin Geigenbauerin , Lehrerin an einer Waldorfschule und Studentin in Teilzeit an der Freien Hochschule Stuttgart.
