The room is located in the 3rd floor of a 3-room apartment in the Heusteig district. It is about 17sqm, has parquet flooring and is completely furnished with double bed and desk. No further equipment is necessary - simply to move in. Kitchen and bathroom (with washing machine) are used together with the other three roommates. WiFi included.
The downtown-near Heusteigviertel is one of the most attractive residential areas in Stuttgart. It is mainly characterized by beautiful old buildings and small commercial units. There is a nice restaurant offer. In the center or the Marienplatz there are approx. 10 minutes walk or you can move on by bike.
The stop Austrian Square or Bopser or Marienplatz, from which you get away well in every direction, are 5 or 10 minutes walk. Nearby you will also find Marienplatz with numerous shopping facilities (e.g. REWE until 24:00!).
A woman (23, studies communication design) and three men (22, 28 and 62 years old, architecture student / sociologist doctoral student / designer) live in the WG, who like to live together and are looking forward to another sympathetic roommate.
No permanent home office, please.
The deadline is flexible to see (from 3 months of use) and may be extended. Ideally suitable, e.g. for internship / temporary order etc.
