My roommate is 32 years old and working, open, active
Not only is a 20sqm room rented here with morning sun rays, but a total of 84sqm apartment! With beautiful bright dining area (ca 20sqm) and seprate living room (ca 22sqm) living room and dining area are greeted by the sun in the afternoon, the attic apartment is very flooded with light. The apartment was completely renovated, welcomes you a new kitchen with everything you need (fridge spacious:)+ completely new bathroom.
In the evening you can get
Put glass of wine on the window bench and let the views graze over the roofs, small balcony feelings :)
The community is well mixed, everyone is helpful here.
On the beautiful straw mountain. Around the corner a small fine park and in the forest you are also in a few minutes :)
-The location is perfect, super central, 5min. to Marienplatz, Place to be here you can enjoy the sun from morning to evening! Rewe, Lidl net everything within walking distance. Restaurants and bars around the corner.
The apartment is located on “half” hillside, which offers you a beautiful view.
