The apartment is in the Böblinger street near Erwin Schöttle Square in the 4th place. Floor of an old building.
It has a large open cooking, dining and living area and even a small second floor (that will be the guest room) with a kind of balcony replacement (best watch live;-)) with view over the rooftops Heslachs. The apartment is really charming with the open community area, the open beams and roof slopes. Many windows make them very bright and friendly and they are in good condition.
The bathroom is spacious and modern, with a bathtub and a shower. There is also a lot of storage space on stage and in the basement.
To the living area:
Your (sleep) room would be approx. 15sqm tall, has two windows, roof bevel and is mobed with bed, desk and wardrobe.
The apartment is located in the beautiful Heslach, between Erwin Schöttle Square and Bihlplatz, with bakers (Café Schurr), pharmacy, food shops, bookstores, restaurants, cafes and what else you need in the immediate vicinity. On Saturdays there is a market on the nearby Bihlplatz. Possibilities to walk and go to nature are also enough, the Heslach forest is reachable in two directions in 10 minutes walk.
At Erwin Schöttle Square (5 min) there is connection to the subway and the 42 bus.
I am traveling in February and would like to rent my room. This is also possible for a part of the time (from 1 week).
In the apartment, Catherine, who works in a Foodsharing Café, lives in many interests, and who is delighted by a friendly, open and thoughtful person as an intermediate tenant.
