The apartment as such, thanks to stucco and high ceilings, sprays a classic old building fan and, thanks to the newly built windows last year, is very pleasant in terms of heat and noise insulation.
In addition, our landlord installed a brand new kitchen with dishwasher last spring. We also enjoy a large fridge/freezer combination and a washing machine!
Dani leaves us unfortunately after 3 years of great WG time at the end of March to join his girlfriend.
That's why the big nice room 3 (south-west) is free with a gorgeous bay, it is furnished with bed and a desk.
In the South East Room 1 Max 26 J., he works at Daimler Truck in Untertürkheim, now already 11/2 years. This room is just like the kitchen, to the backyard or directly to the adjacent vineyard.
Due to the location to the south-east you have a lot of light in the room all day, but thanks to the new shutters you can also keep the same outside as required.
In the south-west room 2, Hannah lives 25 J, she is a Master in Economic Pychology in the second year and is expected to close this in the coming summer:)
All costs for heating, water, electricity, house cleaning, garbage fees, internet are included in the additional cost package
The situation in Untertürkheim could not be better. In eight minutes you can walk at the station or in the Cap, or Kaufland and Bauhaus just 15 minutes walk from us.
By train you can get to Stuttgart Central Station in 10 minutes or 11 minutes in Stuttgart Mitte.
It is also only a 10-minute walk to the Mercedes-Benz UT factory.
On Fridays there is a weekly market in the pedestrian zone, with everything the heart desires, definitely a plus. If you don't want to miss the night life in Stuttgart, you don't need to worry about coming home, as the train as well as the night buses were always our loyal companions. Super is also at the apartment that it is not far from the city life, but it is just as good in a few minutes in the vineyards or in general in nature. Here we are happy to turn off the hustle and bustle in the city, catch fresh air or take a creative break.
Very popular is also the beautiful spacious outdoor swimming pool, the so-called island bath in Untertürkheim (also only 10 minutes away)
No worries: work or internship at Daimler is absolutely no obligation. (Our first extinct roommate and also the roommate in front of him came from the cultural area. ;-)
Together we like to sit together in the evening, cook together and discuss God and the world...
Not to be forgotten is, of course, the loggia, which provides the perfect morning sun for breakfast due to its east facing position
and this summer to autumn even produced a very tolerable tomato harvest.
The rental contract is concluded for each room individually with the landlords.
The condition for the landlord would be the proof of a private liability insurance and non-smoking.
