Es handelt sich hierbei um eine angenehme und ruhige 3er WG :)
Hier sind ein paar Fakten:
- erhältlich von 17.02.-31.03.2025, keine Übernahme!
- ich darf an alle Studierende untervermieten, muss nicht Uni Stuttgart oder HdM sein
- Wohnheim des Studierendenwerk Stuttgart
- 417€ ist schon die Warmmiete
- Zimmer ist voll möbliert und recht neu, da es einer der neuen Studentenwohnheime ist
- Bett, Schränke, Schreibtisch, etc. (Zustand wie neu) + gute Heizung
- großes Wohnzimmer mit Küche, ein WC, ein großes Bad und Abstellkammer
- Keller für Fahrrad und Wäsche waschen
- auf den Bildern sind mein Zimmer und Küche/Wohnzimmer zu sehen (Deko und anderes gehören mir und kommen nicht mit dazu, auf den Bildern wurden zu persönliche Dinge übermalt - nicht wundern haha)
- für Wlan kann man sich bei MySelfnet registrieren, das ist von der Wohngemeinschaft/Uni
