Hello,
I'm glad you hit the ad.
My studies in Stuttgart will soon be over and I am unfortunately moving out again - so I am looking for a nice post-rent for my beautiful room in this great WG.
I felt very comfortable here all the time.
Rooms
The room is nicely bright - it has officially approx. 12 sqm, but is considerably more spacious due to the slope. I'll take all the furniture.
Rent is 470€, there is also approx. €45 for electricity, gas and the internet, which WG will be charged internally.
The 2 windows go south/west - you have sun and light all day and a beautiful wide view of Vaihingen.
The whole apartment was refurbished with laminate flooring, tiles and new windows
Also a new kitchen with dishwasher / oven, micro and everything included, even a fully automatic coffee machine.
Washing machine in the basement is also available.
In the whole house there are other WGs with young people. We understand each other very well.
House party room and garden can be used for grilling, etc.
Location
The WG is near Vaihinger Ortskern and easily accessible, but still quiet in a side street.
To the S-Bahn you need to walk 8 and the subway 4 minutes. This means you are in about 10 minutes at the Uni stop or 15 minutes in the city.
Around the corner are a baker, a pharmacy, a butcher and a fruit and vegetable store.
In 10 to 15 minutes walk you will find all possible supermarkets (ALDI, LIDL, Edeka, Kaufland, Denn ́s Biomarkt, REWE, etc.).
WG life
Our relationship is friendly.
We are on our way, cook or bake together or make a game evening. Anyone can join us if you need time to learn or other things are okay.
Through a cleaning plan, we keep our apartment clean.
Your roommates will be Niklas, David and Sophie. All study at the University of Stuttgart or at HdM.
We are looking forward to meeting you personally :)
