Our WG is located in an extremely convenient location, just 3 minutes walk from the S-Bahn and subway. This allows easy access to the University of Stuttgart as well as quick access to the city centre and the airport. Right in front of the front door you will find shopping and numerous leisure activities.
**The room:**
The room for rent is spacious and modern and offers enough space for your personal development. Large windows provide plenty of light and a pleasant atmosphere. If you are interested, furniture can be taken over by the landlord, partly free of charge.
**The WG:**
This WG apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette where you can cook and eat together. There are also two shower baths with toilet and sink.
