We have a room in our 3 WG. :
To the room (see photos):
• ca. 20 m2 tall with light roof slope with three windows.
• rent is 458 € warm (everything incl.).
• The furniture should be taken over with a small drop-off sum, will then be discussed personally.
The collection date is also possible sooner or a bit later after personal consultation.
Other rooms of the apartment
•Very spacious living room with large sofa
• Kitchen with dining table + fridge, oven, microwave
• Helles daylight bath with two wash basins and a separate toilet
• Small storage room and a through-room
• Parking for bicycles.

•Denis, studies aerospace technology at the University of Stuttgart.

• Our WG life has always been very pleasant and relaxed. We enjoy spending time together at a WG evening, watch a movie and drink and eat something together.
• We do not want to be a purpose WG.
There will be two learners, one with the roommates and one with the landlord.
We are looking for someone who actively participates in the WG life, is clean and adheres to the cleaning plan. We like to live here and everyone should feel comfortable.
