The WG is close to the Vaihingen campus (from your window you can
already see parts of the campus). The bus stop "Lauchhau" is right in front of the front door. From there
is in 11 minutes at Vaihinger Train Station, in 19 minutes at Stuttgart Train Station and in 4 minutes
at the university. The S-Bahn station "Universität" is 20 minutes walk (about 1.5 km).
By car you are on the highway in a few minutes.

In addition to a baker there is also a net on the ground floor of the house. There you get all the necessary things to cook on the quick. If this is not enough, there are still Kaufland and Edeka in Vaihingen, which can be reached by bus in 10 minutes.

The apartment is quietly located in a residential area and offers an ideal view of the adjacent forest. This is ideal for jogging or for other outdoor sports. Due to the outskirts of the city, enough parking facilities are available.

Die WG liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Campus Vaihingen (von deinem Fenster aus kannst du
bereits Teile des Campus sehen). Die Bushaltestelle "Lauchhau" ist direkt vor der Haustür. Von dort
ist man in 11 Minuten am Vaihinger Bahnhof, in 19 Minuten am Stuttgarter Bahnhof und in 4 Minuten
an der Universität. Bis zur S-Bahn-Station "Universität" sind es zu Fuß 20 Minuten (ca. 1.5 km).
Mit dem Auto ist man in wenigen Minuten auf der Autobahn.

Neben einem Bäcker befindet sich auch ein Netto im Erdgeschoss des Hauses. Dort erhält man alle notwendigen Dinge, um auf die Schnelle etwas zu kochen. Falls dies nicht reicht, gibt es noch Kaufland und Edeka in Vaihingen, welche mit dem Bus in 10 Minuten zu erreichen sind.

Die Wohnung ist ruhig in einem Wohngebiet gelegen und bietet einen idealen Blick auf den angrenzenden Wald. Dieser eignet sich hervorragend zum Joggen oder für andere Outdoor-Sportarten. Auf Grund der Stadtrandlage stehen genügend Parkmöglichkeiten zur Verfügung.

Your future roommates are Nico (34) and Moritz (29).
Nico works as a doctoral student at DLR dirket near university. Moritz works as a 3D artist near the airport.

Under the week we are working during the day and often not there. Unfortunately, the WG life has come to an end because we are both very busy and private and often have no more time in the evening. Nevertheless, we are motivated to change that again. Our large living room is great to cook together, just drink something, watch movies over the beamer or organize games evenings. In summer, the balcony invites you to grill and relax.

As the master's service is included in the additional costs, the old Swabian Kehrwoche falls away from us.

Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner sind Nico (34) und Moritz (29).
Nico arbeitet als Doktorand am DLR dirket in Uni nähe. Moritz arbeitet als 3D Artist in der Nähe vom Flughafen.

Unter der Woche sind wir tagsüber arbeiten und oft nicht da. Das WG-Leben ist gerade leider etwas zum erliegen gekommen, da wir beide beruflich und privat sehr eingespannt sind und Abends dann oft nicht mehr Zeit haben. Nichtsdestotrotz sind wir motiviert das wieder zu ändern. Unser großes Wohnzimmer eignet sich hervorragend, um zusammen zu kochen, einfach nur was zu trinken, Filme über den Beamer zu schauen oder Spieleabende zu organisieren. Im Sommer lädt der Balkon zum Grillen und Entspannen ein.

Da der Hausmeisterservice in den Nebenkosten inbegriffen ist, fällt bei uns die alte schwäbische Kehrwoche weg.

Wanted is a nice, neat, helpful and social person. There is not a cleaning plan, but everyone automatically has its tasks and if you see that something happens, it is done. It is a give and take :)

Gesucht ist eine nette, ordentliche, hilfsbereite und gesellige Person. Ein Putzplan gibt es nicht, aber jeder hat automatisch seine Aufgaben und wenn man sieht das etwas anfällt, wird es gemacht. Es ist ein Geben und Nehmen :)
