We are a mixed and cool WG of 11 people, internationals and Germans, some study and some are working. We are looking for a new long-term tenant who is sympathetic, engaging, and fun. we like to cook or hang out together in some evenings or weekends, and we respect each other's privacy and need for quietness at the same time. Cleanness is particularly important here since there are many people we expect each one to keep the common areas clean.
We have a fully equipped kitchen with enough space for groceries, dishwasher, microwave, oven, etc, and living room with even more space for groceries. 4 bathrooms total, 2 showers and 2 toilets. Washing machine in the building.
