Hey ihr Lieben☺️ Ich suche einen Untermieter/-in für mein Wohnheimzimmer in einer 4er-WG für 3-4 Monate, da ich zum 01.05. in eine neue WG ziehen, die nicht so weit weg von meiner neuen Uni ist.
Das Zimmer ist hell, sehr modern und komplett möbiliert mit Bett, Schreibtisch, Schrank und 2 Regalen.
Da ich komplett ausziehe, kannst du es für die 3 Monate komplett nach deinem Geschmack einrichten. Es ist ganz links außen, direkt wenn man reinkommt, am weitesten entfernt von der Küche und somit am ruhigsten.
Die Lage ist 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt von der Uni Stuttgart und der HdM, umgeben von lauter Studentenheimen. Also mitten im Studentenleben:)
Die S-Bahn Station Universität ist 10 min zu Fuß entfernt, wodurch der Hauptbahnhof und die Stadtmitte in 10 min erreicht werden können.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Direkt gegenüber des Wohnheimblocks ist die Unibar Unithekle und hinterm Block ein See und Wald - perfekt zum Spazieren.
Die WG verfügt über 4 Zimmer, momentan hättest du jedoch nur eine weitere Mitbewohnerin, da die anderen Mitbewohner gerade ausgezogen sind und die Zimmer erst noch neu vermietet werden. In der WG hast du ausreichend Freiraum, Ordnung und Sauberkeit, sowie eine moderne Einrichtung.
Vorraussetzung für das Zimmer ist, dass du Student bist und eine Immatrikulationsbestätigung hast.
Über genause Einzug- und Auszugsdatum kann noch verhandelt werden.
Im Keller ist eine Waschmaschine verfügbar sowie die Möglichkeit, dein Fahrrad abzustellen.
