I'm looking for a hirer*in for my cozy room at Allmandring 1 student residence – located directly on the university campus! The S-Bahn station is just 5 minutes walk away, so perfect for those who want to get to university or to the city quickly and easily.

The room is fully furnished with everything you need: bed, desk, wardrobe and shelf are already available – simply take in and feel comfortable!

You will be part of a nice and international WG where different cultures meet. We appreciate an open, respectful approach and look forward to new people with pleasure in WG life.

The warm rental already covers all costs, only the Internet comes as ancillary costs (approximately X € per month – depending on the current rate).

It is initially a sub-rental contract, but with possibility of extension or for long-term stay if you feel comfortable and it fits well.

The room is fully furnished with a bed, desk, wardrobe, and shelf – just move in and feel at home!

You'll be living in a friendly and international shared flat that brings together people from different cultures. We value a respectful and open-mind atmosphere and are happy to welcome someone who enjoys community living.

The rent is all-inclusive (warm rent) – the only extra cost is for the internet (around X € per month depending on the plan).

Ich suche einen Nachmieter*in für mein gemütliches Zimmer im Studentenwohnheim Allmandring 1 – direkt auf dem Uni-Campus gelegen! Die S-Bahn-Station ist nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, also perfekt für alle, die schnell und unkompliziert zur Uni oder in die Stadt wollen.

Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert mit allem, was du brauchst: Bett, Schreibtisch, Schrank und Regal sind bereits vorhanden – einfach einziehen und wohlfühlen!

Du wirst Teil einer netten und internationalen WG, in der verschiedene Kulturen aufeinandertreffen. Wir schätzen einen offenen, respektvollen Umgang und freuen uns über neue Menschen mit Lust auf WG-Leben.

Die Warmmiete deckt bereits alle Kosten ab, lediglich das Internet kommt als Nebenkosten dazu (ca. X € pro Monat – je nach aktuellem Tarif).

Es handelt sich zunächst um einen Untermietvertrag, aber mit Möglichkeit zur Verlängerung bzw. zum langfristigen Weiterwohnen, falls du dich wohlfühlst und es gut passt.
