The WG life with us is very relaxed and harmonious 😌. We rout our tasks, how to clean, weekly and if time what doesn't run we talk about it openly & solve it 👌🏻. With us there is no compulsory program and everyone goes under the week, according to his everyday life. Especially at the weekend when everyone is there, you can of course chat with each other or eat breakfast together if it results.

Is Masterstudent Bauingeneurwesen at the University of Stuttgart and is happy & much on the go with friends. Phillip is a very open and thoughtful person. It's easy to talk to him and sometimes sweat. If Phillip isn't learning and coughing, he enjoys the good spring weather or he likes to go to the gym in his spare time. Otherwise he likes to shock.

Maxim (22) 🎶🧑🏼 🍳🍸
Is in the middle of dual studies in accounting and very much cooks. Maxim lives here since the winter semester and is a very balanced & dear person. Maxim regularly goes to Gym and pays great attention to his diet. Apart from that, he likes to go to a bar or do something with friends at the weekend. Maxim likes to shock or listens to music while he cooks.

Especially since Phillip has recently moved this year, there is still plenty of space to redesign the WG life and the dynamics 😊.

Das WG-Leben bei uns ist sehr entspannt und harmonisch 😌. Wir routieren unsere Aufgaben, wie putzen, wöchentlich und wenn Mal was nicht läuft reden wir offen drüber & lösen es 👌🏻. Bei uns gibt es kein Pflichtprogramm und jeder geht, unter der Woche, so seinem Alltag nach. Besonders am Wochende wenn alle da sind, quatscht man natürlich Mal miteinander oder isst zusammen Frühstück, wenn es sich ergibt.

Ist Masterstudent Bauingeneurwesen an der Uni Stuttgart und ist gerne & viel unterwegs mit Freunden. Phillip ist erst vor kurzen eingezogen und ist eine sehr offene & rücksichtsvolle Person. Mit ihm lässt es sich leicht reden und auch Mal rumwitzeln. Wenn Phillip nicht am lernen und hustlen ist, genießt er das gute Frühlingswetter oder geht in seiner Freizeit auch gern Mal ins Fitnessstudio. Ansonsten zockt er auch ganz gerne.

Ist mitten im dualen Studium im Accounting und kocht sehr gerne. Maxim wohnt seit dem Wintersemester hier und ist eine sehr ausgeglichene & liebe Person. Maxim geht regelmäßig ins Gym und achtet sehr auf seine Ernährung. Abgesehen davon geht er gerne Mal in ne Bar oder unternimmt was mit Freunden am Wochende. Maxim zockt auch ganz gerne oder hört laut Musik während er kocht.

Besonders da Phillip erst vor kurzem dieses Jahr eingezogen ist, gibt es noch viel Raum, um das WG Leben und die Dynamik neu zu gestalten 😊.

I'm looking for a renter:in, as I'm already moving out in May. That is why the withdrawal date would also be 1 May. But it is also possible to talk about this, shouldn't that go with you :)

The room is generally rented unfurnished, but if you like a piece of furniture you could speak drüebr ;)

Ich suche eine Nachmieter:in, da ich bereits im Mai ausziehe. Deshalb wäre das Einzugsdatum auch der 1.Mai. Darüber lässt sich aber auch reden, sollte das nicht ganz bei dir hinhauen :)

Das Zimmer wird grundsätzlich unmöbliert vermietet, sollte dir ein Möbelstück gefallen könnte man aber drüebr reden ;)
