There is a cozy room in the attic. Contains a bed, large wardrobe, bedside table, desk and an office chair.
Directly opposite is a rewe. Aldi and Lidl are within walking distance. Under your WG there is a coffee and a diner shop/pizzeria two houses. Various other dining and shopping facilities as well as bars and restaurants are nearby.
The metro station is right in front of the front door and takes you to Stuttgart city in 10 to 15 minutes. Even at night when no subway leaves, a night bus will take you back, almost right in front of the front door. So you're practically in the city, but still in a quiet location where you can live relaxed.
The situation is also predestined, of course, for people working with the star for the company, as you only have to cross the bridge to the other side of the Neckar. The Untertürkheim plant is located near the run or only 2 underground stations.
When it gets too warm in summer, you can relax in the outdoor pool (Island bath). Neckar and vineyards are also great for walking.
Equipment:
There is a large common room with a cozy couch to the TV and a dining area with table and chairs available. There is also a fitted kitchen, which is equipped with oven, ceramic hob and dishwasher for cooking. For your laundry there is a washing machine in the bathroom. All this has already been cancelled with the rent, i.e. you don't have to pay for another deduction or other. The bathroom also has 2 sinks of a bathtub and a shower. Opposite the apartment there is a storage room that can also be used together.
From the communal living area, you can go directly to the beautiful and large balcony where you can relax.
We are a totally relaxed WG that likes to exchange in the evening over the day. From time to time we cook or play together. But always under the motto- everything can be nothing. We too sometimes want our rest and we respect each other.
It is important to us that it is quiet in the evening as we all go to work the next day.
We have a cleaning plan that regulates who cleanses when. This works very well, because we care about cleanliness and order.
Parking:
The parking situation is good, who is looking for something actually always gets a parking lot. If you don't want to search, there is also the possibility of renting a private underground parking space from which you can get directly to the house or an outdoor parking space behind the house.
