There is a Rewe directly opposite, Aldi and Lidl are also within walking distance. Under your WG there is a coffee and a döner shop / pizzeria two houses further. Various other dining and shopping facilities as well as bars and restaurants are within walking distance.

The subway station is right outside the front door and will take you to Stuttgart City in 10 to 15 minutes. Even at night, when there's no more subway, a night bus will take you back, almost right outside the front door. So you live in the city, but still in a quiet location, where you can live in a relaxed way.

The location is of course also predestined for people who work with the star for the company, because you just have to cross the bridge to the other side of the neck. The Unterturkheim plant is within walking distance or only 2 underground stations.

If you get too warm in summer, you can relax in the outdoor (island) pool, which is also easily accessible on foot.

Direkt gegenüber befindet sich ein Rewe, auch Aldi und Lidl sind in Laufnähe erreichbar. Unter deiner WG befindet sich ein Kaffee sowie ein Dönerladen/Pizzeria zwei Häuser weiter. Diverse andere Ess- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Bars und Restaurants befinden sich in Laufnähe.

Die U-Bahnstation ist direkt vor der Haustür und bringt dich in 10 bis 15 Minuten in die Stuttgarter City. Auch nachts, wenn keine U-Bahn mehr fährt, bringt dich ein Nachtbus wieder zurück, fast direkt vor die Haustür. Du wohnst also quasi in der City, jedoch trotzdem in ruhiger Lage, in der es sich entspannt leben lässt.

Prädestiniert ist die Lage natürlich auch für Leute, die für die Firma mit dem Stern arbeiten, da du lediglich über die Brücke auf die andere Seite des Neckars musst. Das Werk Untertürkheim ist in Laufnähe bzw. lediglich 2 U-Bahnstationen entfernt.

Wenn es dir im Sommer zu warm wird, kannst du im Freibad (Inselbad) entspannen, das auch gut zu Fuß erreichbar ist.

You will find a large common room with a cozy couch to watch TV and a dining area with table and chairs. A fitted kitchen is also available, which invites you to cook with oven, ceramic hob and dishwasher. For your laundry there is a washing machine in the bathroom. All this has already been paid with the rent, so you don't have to pay another discount or other. The bathroom is also equipped with 2 sinks of a bath and a shower. There is a storage room opposite the apartment, which can also be used jointly.

From the common living area you will reach the beautiful and large balcony where you can relax. In addition to the existing furniture, you are of course welcome to set it up as you want.

Wir sind eine entspannte und freundliche Gemeinschaft und wie legen einen großen Wert auf Sauberkeit und Ordnung .

Dir steht ein großer Gemeinschaftsraum mit einer gemütlichen Couch zum TV schauen und einem Essbereich mit Tisch und Stühlen zur Verfügung. Eine Einbauküche ist auch vorhanden, die mit Backofen, Cerankochfeld und Spülmaschine zum Kochen einlädt. Für deine Wäsche befindet sich eine Waschmaschine im Bad. Das alles ist mit der Miete bereits abgegolten, d.h. du musst dafür nicht nochmal einen Abschlag oder sonstiges bezahlen. Das Bad ist zudem mit 2 Waschbecken einer Badewanne sowie einer Dusche ausgestattet. Gegenüber der Wohnung gibt es einen Abstellraum, der auch gemeinschaftlich genutzt werden kann.

Vom gemeinschaftlichen Wohnbereich gelangst du direkt auf den schönen und großen Balkon, auf dem es sich super entspannen lässt. Über die vorhandenen Möbel hinaus bist du natürlich gerne dazu eingeladen, es dir so einzurichten, wie du das möchtest.

The parking situation is good, who is looking for something, actually always gets a parking lot. If you don't want to look, there is also the possibility to rent a private underground parking place from which you have to go directly into the house or an outdoor parking place behind the house.

The rent is limited to three months, but can be extended by appointment:)

Die Parksituation ist gut, wer etwas sucht, bekommt eigentlich immer einen Parkplatz. Wenn du keine Lust hast zu Suchen besteht aber auch die Möglichkeit, einen privaten Tiefgaragenstellplatz, von dem du direkt ins Haus gelangst, oder einen Außenstellplatz hinter dem Haus dazu zu mieten.

Die Miete ist auf drei Monate befristet, kann aber nach Absprache verlängert werden :)
