The rooms are located in a multi-family house in the attic. Each room has a balcony.
From there you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Württemberg with the grave chapel.
The rooms are located on the street side. A new kitchen was built in with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, refrigerator and freezer.
The spacious bathroom has a bathtub, sink and toilet.
There is another toilet with sink.
In the basement there is a washing machine and a dryer for shared use. A cellar room is available for the WG.
In the house there is an Italian restaurant and a diner restaurant and a nail studio. In the garden there is a garden table with garden chairs for both WGs, where it can be grilled.

In front of the house is the metro stop Wangener Marktplatz. U 9, U 13, Quickly you reach the S railway. From there you get to Stuttgart Central Station very quickly (about 16 minutes).
Uni Hohenheim can be reached by metro and bus within 40 minutes. The University of Vaihingen can be reached in about 36 minutes, as well as the University of Applied Sciences Esslingen. Ideal for interns from Daimler, Mahle, Bosch, Porsche etc.
Shops are nearby. (Rewe, Aldi, Lidl) The island-free swimming pool is very close. There is a gym in Wangen. Great hiking opportunities in the vineyards.

A trainee is requested for at least 6 months . It's not a purpose WG, but like to sit together and drink a beer together, do something with friends or go together. Since there are several WGs in our house, there is always someone to go out. :
