The large south facing room is 15sqm tall and fully furnished (should, desk, sideboard, bed). It costs 465€ per month incl. additional costs (heating, electricity, water, internet, GEZ). The room has direct access to the large south-facing balcony, which you will share with your direct room neighbour. The kitchen is shared with the other roommates of the WG. It is equipped with a dishwasher and dishes. The bathroom and a separate toilet are shared with 2 of the 3 other residents*. A washing machine for shared use is available in the UG. If you have a bike, you can put it in the garage.
The apartment is located in a quiet street with very good parking facilities (mostly right in front of the house). The connection to the ÖPNV is very good: The S-Bahn stop Korntal can be reached on foot in 8-10 min. From here you will arrive at the Stuttgarter Hbf in about 13 min. In addition, the underground station Weilimdorf Löwen-Markt is within walking distance approx. 12-15 min away.
For sports enthusiasts and nature, there is a basketball and small football pitch in the immediate vicinity, but also the forest can be reached within minutes.
Our WG is a place where everyone should feel at home. That is why we take account of each other and have put together rules to which we adhere. But of course, we are also laughing at a lot and joint activities such as cooking or games are part of it.
It is also important for us that it is clean and tidy in our WG. That is why we jointly ensure that everything is always in good condition and that no conflicts arise.
Of course, everyone needs their own privacy and retreat. With us there is enough room for all needs.
