we are looking for a new roommate (24 - 32 years) from 01.05.

Our 4-WG is looking for you because Julie will take off. For 480€ warm rental you will get a bright, quiet and cozy room at the end of the dressing. You also have a part of the hallway that can be used as storage space (for example for clothes and shoes). The room lets you partially furnished, probably with bed, wardrobe, mirror, dresser and shelves.

We are anything but a purpose WG and from the very beginning everyone has felt at home. The WG includes Julie: Jakob, Fabi and Tobi. Jakob (27) is at the end of his master and likes playing basketball. Fabi (27) is currently developing its own product and loves to drive racing bike. Tobi (27) is professional and the weekends he spends with his camper in the mountains.

Both in our living room and our kitchen we are happy to sit together in the evening. There is also a separate toilet, a cozy hallway and a second refrigerator – unfortunately – no balcony (but a building permit!). Also the partially fiessured steps up to high in the 4th. Stock's all done so far. Morning traffic jam in front of the bathroom is a maximum of 2x a year.

The location in Stuttgarter Westen/Augustenstraße is unbeatable: The S-Bahn station “Schwabstraße” is located in 2-minute walk-distance, an Edeka, discounter to drugstore markets. There are many cafés and a great park in the west, of course. Even the way home from the city after celebrations can be mastered in 20 minutes.

wir suchen eine neue/n Mitbewohner/in (24 - 32 Jahre) ab dem 01.05.

Unsere 4er-WG sucht dich, da Julie ausziehen wird. Für 480€ Warmmiete bekommst du ein helles, ruhiges und gemütliches Zimmer am Ende der Wohung. Du hast auch einen Teil des Flurs, der als Stauraum (zum Beispiel für Klamotten und Schuhe) genutzt werden kann. Das Zimmer überlässt sie dir teilmöbliert, voraussichtlich mit Bett, Schrank, Spiegel, Kommode und Regalen.

Wir sind alles andere als eine Zweck-WG und von Anfang an haben sich hier alle zuhause gefühlt. Zur WG gehören neben Julie: Jakob, Fabi und Tobi. Jakob (27) ist am Ende seines Masters und spielt gerne Basketball. Fabi (27) entwickelt aktuell sein eigenes Produkt und liebt es Rennrad zu fahren. Tobi (27) ist berufstätig und die Wochenenden verbringt er am liebsten mit seinem Camper in den Bergen.

Sowohl in unserem Wohnzimmer als auch unserer Küche sitzen wir abends gerne zusammen. Dazu hat's noch eine separate Toilette, nen gemütlichen Flur und einen Zweitkühlschrank – leider – keinen Balkon (aber ne Baugenehmigung dafür!). Auch die teilweise fiesen Treppenstufen bis hoch in den 4. Stock haben bisher alle geschafft. Morgendlichen Stau vor'm Bad gibt’s auch maximal 2x im Jahr.

Die Lage im Stuttgarter Westen/Augustenstraße ist unschlagbar: Die S-Bahn-Station „Schwabstraße“ ist in 2- Minuten-Walking-Distance, ein Edeka, Discounter bis Drogeriemärkte befinden sich allesamt vor der Haustür. Viele Cafés und einen tollen Park gibt's im Westen natürlich auch. Selbst der Heimweg aus der Stadt nach'm Feiern ist in 20 Minuten zu meistern.
