The room is 20sqm tall with high ceilings and already furnished! In the room there is a 140cm wide bed, a desk with chair, a wardrobe, a deep dresser and a storage box. A lot of natural light comes into the room through two large windows.

The apartment has a toilet, two separate bathrooms each with a shower, a large kitchen with stove, oven and dishwasher, a balcony, a common living room and a nearby basement. The washing machine is located in the house cellar, which costs 3€ per laundry.

Maybe it's possible to move in a bit earlier.

The apartment is located in the beautiful and popular West of Stuttgart directly at Hölderlinplatz. On foot you get everything necessary, the CAP is only 3min walk away, the Lidl about 10min. A pharmacy is at the front door, as well as the BW Bank. Beautiful cafes and restaurants are in the area. By bus line 40 you are at the main station in 10min and with the U4 you are in 8min at Rotebühlplatz, in the middle of the city. On foot, both would be reached in about 20min.

Hi! We are currently living third in the WG, which we have been together as friends. We are happy to do something together in the city or enjoy the cold days in our common living room. But of course it will be respected if you need time for yourself.
