Es handelt sich um ein ca. 18 qm großes Zimmer in einer 2er WG. Das Zimmer wird leer vermietet aber meine Möbel stehen gegen eine Ablöse gerne zur Verfügung.
Die Wohnung ist ca. 62qm groß. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Badezimmer mit Waschmaschiene, eine Küche, ein Wohnzimmer mit Fernseher und eine große Terrasse, wo man im Sommer auch grillen kann!
In der Küche steht alles zur Verfügung, was man im Alltag brauchen kann: Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank, Spülmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, Herd, Backofen und auch alles mögliche an Geschirr.

The room is about 18sqm in a two-person WG. The room is originally rented empty but my furniture is available for a fee.
The apartment is about 62sqm. The apartment has a bathroom with washing machine, a kitchen, a living room with TV and a large terrace where you can have barbecues in summer!
The kitchen has everything you need for everyday life: refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, stove, oven and all kinds of dishes.

Die WG befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage im schönen Stuttgarter Westen in der Nähe des Diakonieklinikums.
Die Bushaltestelle Rosenberg-/Johannesstraße (Linie 42) ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und die U-Bahn Station Rosenberg-/Seidenstraße (U4) in 5 Minuten.
Es gibt auch mehrere Bushaltestellen im Umkreis (Linien 40 und 43) und mehrere U-Bahn Stationen (Linie U2, U29 und U34). Die S-Bahn Station Feuersee erreicht man in 10 Minuten zu Fuß.
In 10-15 Minuten sind diverse Supermärkte, Bäcker, Frisöre, Ärzte und Apotheken erreichbar. Der Stuttgarter Westen verfügt ebenfalls über einer großen Auswahl an Restaurants, Cafés, Bars und Clubs.
Das Stuttgarter Zentrum und der Hauptbahnhof sind zu Fuß 20 bis 25 Minuten entfernt oder mit dem ÖPNV 5 Minuten entfernt.

The flat is located in a quiet area in Stuttgart West. The bus station (line 42) is 2 minutes walk away and the U-bahn is just 5 minutes away. Also the bus lines 40 & 43 or the U-bahn lines U2, U29 and U34 are in 5-10 mins walking distance.
S-bahn station Feuersee is only 10 minutes walking distance.
You can find several supermarkets (Rewe, Penny, Cap), bakeries, hairdressers... in 10-15 min walking distance. Also, some nice restaurants, cafes and clubs are quite near.
The main station or the city center are around 20-25 min walking or 5 min by public transport.

Wir, Aygün und Lena sind berufstätig. Wir sitzen gerne zusammen in dem Wohnzimmer oder auf dem Balkon, essen und kochen zusammen (Aygün ist ein toller Koch!) und plaudern über alles Mögliche.
Generell geht bei uns alles ziemlich entspannt ab und wenn jemand seine Ruhe haben will, wird das respektiert.

We, Aygün & Lena, are currently working. We like to sit together in the living room or on the balcony, eat or cook together (Aygün is an amazing cook!) and chat about life. It is quite relaxed with us and if one of us wants to have some peace and quiet, it is also respected :)

Die Miete beträgt 512€ und die Nebenkosten 100€. Diese sind an den Vermieter zu überweisen. Dazu kommen noch ca. 56€ für Strom und Internet. Die Kaution ist 980€.
Gemeinsame Möbel sind für insgesamt 300€ zu kaufen. Für die Zimmermöbel biete ich an, alles für 280€ verhandelbar zu lassen.
Einzugstermin: ab 25.03, aber flexibel bis Ende April :)

The rent is 512€ and the running costs are 100€, which are transferred to the landlord. On top, we pay around 56€ for internet & electricity. The deposit is 980€.
Common furniture is to be bought for a total of 300€. For the room furniture I offer to leave everything for 280€ negotiable.
The room is available from 25th March but move-in date can be until end of April, I can be flexible :)
