Diese WG ist eher für Vollzeit 9/6 Berufstätige geeignet - Vorzugsweise für Praktikanten etc., die nach der Arbeit etwas Ruhe möchten und es ordentlich mögen. Wochenendpendler sind bei uns, wie bei allen anderen natürlich auch sehr willkommen!
Das 17 qm grosse Zimmer befindet sich in einem schönen, denkmalgeschützten Altbau in sehr exponierter Zentralen Lage und wird möbliert vermietet. Ich suche einen sehr ordentlichen und sauberen Mitbewohner für den Sauberkeit kein Fremdwort ist.
Das Tageslichtbad mit Badewanne und Dusche bietet Platz um sich auf den Tag vorzubereiten.
Und die Küche bietet auch genug Platz zum gemütlichen Zusammensitzen und quatschen..
Einzug wäre ab dem 1.Februar 2025. Das Auszugsdatum kann auch flexibel vereinbart werden. Mindestmietzeit wären aber drei Monate. Deine Verdienstbescheinigung - da möchte ich kurz Einsicht haben.
