Sanated 4-room old building apartment in Stuttgart-West directly at the S-Bahn stop Schwabstraße.
High-quality vinyl flooring was mostly laid in fish-grown optics throughout the apartment. New windows were installed in the whole apartment.
The room is furnished with high-quality and modern furniture. It was equipped with a 1.20 m bed and wardrobe and desk. The room is very bright through a large window.

The apartment is located directly at the S-Bahn stop Schwabstraße and thus in absolute top position in the beautiful Stuttgarter-Westen. With the S-Bahn you can reach the city centre and the main railway station in just a few minutes and get anywhere from there.
Opposite the road, several bus lines take off, with which you can reach the city centre very well. Furthermore, the metro can be reached on foot.
Uni Vaihingen is just a city with the S-Bahn. The DHBW is in the neighboring building and the HFT or Uni Stuttgart Campus Stadtmitte is within walking distance. To the University of Hohenheim you need 25 min by train and metro.
1 min from the apartment there is a REWE, Edeka, DM as well as banks, bars and cafes. A LIDL is about 10 minutes walk away. The apartment is still quiet to the back of a one-way street.

For the WG there is a shared kitchen with seating and a spacious hall with old building charms.
The kitchen is fully equipped and contains everything you need for cooking and cozy WG finishes.
A washing dryer is available in the apartment for the shared use of the WG.
Currently, all rooms are rented to students and professionals.
