Hello! We are looking for a new roommate for our 3rd WG, as I will move closer to my work.

The WG is on the 2nd floor and has a daylight bath, a kitchen and three rooms. The free room is about 15sqm large and cut cheaply. The bed (1.40m) and the Pax cabinet should be taken over. A desk and a shelf can also be standing if necessary. For kitchen utensils, washing machine and refrigerator is also a small trolley - all in 400€.

The apartment is 5 minutes walk from the S-Bahn stop Schwabstraße and is therefore located in the middle of the beautiful Stuttgarter-Westen. All kinds of hip cafes, bars and restaurants are within walking distance and you can reach the Karlshöhe in just a few minutes. Through the Schwabtunnel it is also just a cat jump to Marienplatz and the Tübingerstraße.

Your two potential roommates are Lina (29) and Michel (33). Lina researches material science and sustainability and comes from Stuttgarter Raum. Michel is a product manager, an IT fan, makes a lot of sport and is always on the axle.

The keyword of living together is uncomplicated. We talk in the kitchen, go back and forth together or together to sports - yet after long working days we also like to return to our rooms.
