The WG is located in the high section of a well maintained old building (a listed house) in the west of Stuttgart, between Karlshöhe and Feuersee. The apartment is 94 m2. The free room, 21 m2, is located to the east side and at the same time to the street side. It is a quiet residential area, because side street. From the kitchen you have a beautiful view into the yard with a walnut and a large chestnut, with bird whip and squirrels, where there is also an area for bicycles of the housers with a bicycle stand.
In the apartment the rooms and the kitchen were completely renovated, a modern fitted kitchen was installed.
The house is situated in a quiet side street, between Karlshöhe and Feuersee.
You come from here in a few minutes everywhere. Whether in the centre, to the very popular complex at the Feuersee, to the park on Karlovy Vary with a large beer garden, to shopping or to the bus or S-Bahn stop Feuersee, where all S-Bahn lines pass. Kleintheater and artist cafés nearby.

It is a newly renovated old building, with 3 rooms. Of these, 2 rooms are fully furnished as WG rooms permanently rented, the third room keeps the landlord free for their own needs. The rental period is limited because the landlord will move to the apartment in spring.
