Greetings Love WG Searchers:-)

I offer my great WG room to 01.02.2025. Your future room is huge with about 26-27sqm and actually looks even bigger due to the high old building ceilings. As you can see in the pictures a large bed, desk and sofa have wonderful space here!

The windows are oriented towards the road and can really hold back the noise of the cars or tram. The room temperature can be regulated via a display at the entrance of the room. With the beautiful parquet floor, the room makes a big deal.

The apartment is in the best location in Stuttgart-West!
The stations “Schwab-/Bebelstraße” and “Arndt-/Spittastraße” are only approximately 1-2 minutes away (the railway lines U2 and U9 each run every 10min). The S-Bahn stop “Schwabstraße” is about 5-10 minutes.
Supermarkets, drugstore markets and restaurants can be reached in a few minutes walk; the main railway station is only about 10 minutes.

Your future roommates are Lydia (21) and Jonas (25):)
Lydia works in a bar in the south of Stuttgart; Jonas came to Stuttgart for his master. The WG life is very harmonious. There is no commitment to joint activities. At the same time, you will meet regularly in the kitchen for cooking/baking or stroll through the area on a free day with a coffee.
Both are really great roommates and very loving people. If that's true to you, you'll understand super!

The deposit for the apartment is 1.250,00 Euro.
For the kitchen there is still a detachment of 550,00 Euro.

After agreement a few furniture can be taken over, but is not a must.
