Since I am from 13.01. to 31.07. (time would be flexible) working in Augsburg am, I rent my bright 12sqm room in our 3s WG below. The room is furnished with a box-spring bed, wardrobe, dresser and desk. There is also a balcony with direct access. Since the room is in the direction of the courtyard, it is very quiet at night.
The WG is equipped with everything necessary (rain shower, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and floor heating).
The situation of our WG could hardly be. Within 3-4 minutes you will be at one of the two city rail stops (Berliner Platz or Schloss-/Johannesstraße) or at the S-Bahn stop Feuersee in 7-8 minutes. Shops (Rewe, Penny and Edeka) are also within 6-7 minutes walking distance.
In the WG, Anna (25 years) and Nathalie (29 years) are both employed. Under the week, especially during the day, it is rather quiet and empty in the WG, but the two evenings and weekends are always for a conversation. In addition, our WG has a cleaning plan.
Wi-Fi costs and all additional costs are included in the 450€.
