After a few very beautiful years here in the WG, I join my friend and therefore look for a nice post-rent for 01.03.
We have a beautiful 150 sqm apartment, which is divided on two floors.
In the lower area there are two rooms, a kitchen and a cozy living/dining room with fireplace. Up there are also 2 rooms and again a large living area. There is a bathroom on both floors, in the lower with shower, in the upper with bathtub. In addition, there is a separate toilet at the bottom.
From the lower living area you will find a 10 sqm roof terrace with a gigantic view over Stuttgart, ideal for grilling and relaxing.
The room is about 15 square meters and is located on the upper floor. Regardless of the room, there is still enough storage space in the apartment and also space for another separate wardrobe.
WG is located in the popular Stuttgart West district. Restaurants, cafes and bars are within walking distance. Bus and subway are around the corner, the S-Bahn stop Schwabstraße is about a minute to reach.Trotzdem, the apartment is located on a playground and it is accordingly pleasantly quiet.
Nicole (26), Flo (32) and Marco (33) live in the WG. All three are professional: Nicole works in a publisher, Flo is a doctor and Marco is a consultant. The three like to spend time together - whether in sports (climbing, cycling) or when cooking together, sitting together in the WG or undertaking. They are looking forward to new growth in the WG and enrichment of common housing. : So you should be interested in a shared WG life, but at the same time there is enough room in the apartment to withdraw and have time for yourself.
