Your room is at the end of the hall next to my room and Emma's room. The room is flooded in the morning and in the morning, and is fully furnished.
Do not let the 25m2 apartment size intimidate you, these are only the common areas without the four rooms. In addition, all square meters are only half-calculated for a roof slope from 2m ceiling height, so the real living area is more about 50m2.
Our kitchen / living room comes with a dishwasher and of course with stove, oven and 2 refrigerators. Here we often sit and enjoy the sun, good food, board games and occasionally a beer or a glass of wine :)
The Wlan is 150 Mbit/s strong and monthly it is 7.50€ per head.

The apartment is directly at the bus and railway station Russian church (1 min walk), so you are super connected to the city (HBF 5 min, city center 5 min). To the west and to the lake you are walking very fast:) Right in front of the house there is a nice turret that still has until late. Supermarkets are more than enough (Rewe, Edeka, Net, Cap, Lidl) walking, everything can be reached by train, maybe a few minutes faster :) The DHBW, HFT Stuttgart and Uni Stuttgart are only 2 minutes away by train. You can also park your bike in the bicycle cellar.
Currently living in the WG Emma (19) and I (Enis, 23). Our other two co-habitants are finished with the bachelor's degree or the internship and now both continue to live :) That means we are together with you looking for another great person!
I have just made my Bachelor in Architecture at the HfT and now work a little. Emma studies Crossmedia Editorial & Public Relations at HdM in the 2nd semester.
We both like to cook passionately and often, go on flea markets or spend time in our kitchen. In the evening we go to bars and sometimes (Techno) celebrate :)
It is therefore important to us not to be a purpose WG, but to live with each other!
We have two fully equipped bathrooms, in which little ones were so far the boys and the girls are in the big one. In the pictures you see the smaller bathroom.
The rent is flat 505€ incl. Additional costs, that is, there is no separation between hot and cold.
In the pictures you have probably noticed that there is no washing machine, there are 2 machines with coins at the bottom of the washing cellar (3€/wash). There is plenty of space for hanging up laundry.
