Die Zelle ist Teil einer Gesamtanlage von 112 qm. S-Zimmer und Speisenzubereitungsraum, sowie sanitäre Anlagen müssten mit drei weiteren Insassen geteilt werden.
Die Gesamtanlage befindet sich im 2. Stock in einem 4-stöckigen Gebäude ohne Aufzug.
Ein separates WC gibt es auch noch.
Die Zellen sind nicht besonders gut Schallisoliert.
Die Bewohnerpauschale beträgt 590,- Euro warm.
Müll, Heizung, GEZ, Internet, WC-Papier ist alles inklusive.
Zimmer kann mit oder ohne Möbel bezogen werden.
Bei Dunkelheit kann man das Licht anschalten...
Kurz zu mir: Ich bin nett, stubenrein und liebe Filme. Deswegen habe ich ne kleine DVD-Sammlung. DVDs waren einmal in den 1990ern ein gängiges Speichermedium. Ich habe auch noch einige CDs. CDs waren auch mal in den 1990ern ein echt cooles Speichermedium.
PS: Mein Handy ist gewöhnlich auf LAUTLOS gestellt, weswegen WhatsApp die perfekte Kontaktaufnahme ist!!
