Not only the room and the WG itself are super beautiful, the location is also an absolute dream, so I also take off with a crying eye.

On foot you are in 3 minutes at Hölderlinplatz and can take the U4 to the center.
The bus 40 also stops there, there I am currently doing works, which will be ready soon.
5 minutes walk from the bus 41 and 42.
And in 10 minutes walk you reach the U2 and U9.
E-scooters are also available every 20 meters.

You can also walk to everything you need for everyday needs: supermarkets, doctors, gyms, etc.

If you are not quite lazy, you can also run for 20 minutes directly to the city centre, which is great if you are out longer and at night no longer drive a train;)

The apartment itself is in a quiet side street, perfect to relax without annoying noise!

As far as parking is concerned, you get a resident parking ticket or as the part is called and can park here almost anywhere, a parking lot can always be found here somewhere.

Nicht nur das Zimmer und die WG an sich sind super schön, auch die Lage ist ein absoluter Traum, weshalb ich auch mit einem weinenden Auge ausziehe.

Zu Fuß ist man in 3 Minuten am Hölderlinplatz und kann mit der U4 schnell ins Zentrum fahren.
Der Bus 40 hält dort auch, dort werden aktuell mein ich jedoch Bauarbeiten durchgeführt, welche bald fertig sind.

Wenn man nicht ganz faul ist, kann man auch 20 Minuten direkt ins Stadtzentrum laufen, was super ist, wenn man länger draußen ist und spät nachts keine Bahn mehr fährt ;)

Die Wohnung an sich ist in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, perfekt zum entspannen ohne nervigen Lärm!

Was das Parken angeht, holt man sich ein Bewohnerparkschein oder wie das Teil heißt und kann hier nahezu überall parken, ein Parkplatz findet man hier auch immer irgendwo.

The life of the WG is really relaxed with us.
With us there is no motto or regulation, everyone does what he wants, as long as he does not get on the nerves.
As long as everyone does his tasks, there are not many, everything is relaxed.
In short to the tasks: we use a (free) WG app in which you can regulate super, for example, who is next to clean the kitchen or bring out the garbage. Our rhythm in the kitchen / bathroom / hall is so 1 times a month, that then rotates through so that everyone has done everything at the end. Bring out the garbage, so little things get done as needed. You have a time of maybe 30 minutes a month, that should take care of everyone;)
We're not as strict as we are, and we're doing the same thing as everyone's.

At the moment, we are so on a budget basis, you can talk to each other in a relaxed way, or you can have a beer or a party, the other two roommates are very relaxed people to talk to.
The other two are relatively often longer out of the house for several days, which means you often have the apartment for you and a lot of rest.

In my opinion it is a really beautiful WG, especially the combination of location, price and size!
Then why am I taking off? Well, I've been living here for a while and one day you want to keep your own apartment;)

Das WG-Leben ist echt entspannt bei uns.
Bei uns gibt es kein Motto oder Vorschriften, jeder macht was er will, solang er dabei niemand auf die nerven geht.
Solange jeder seine Aufgaben erfüllt, von denen es nicht viele gibt, ist alles entspannt.
Kurz zu den Aufgaben: wir benutzen eine (kostenlose) WG App in der man super regeln kann wer z.B. als nächstes die Küche putzt oder den Müll raus bringt. Unser Rhythmus, was Küche/Bad/Flur putzen angeht, liegt bei so 1 mal im Monat, das rotiert dann durch, damit jeder mal alles gemacht hat am Ende. Müll raus bringen und so Kleinigkeiten werden nach Bedarf erledigt. Man hat dadurch einen Zeitaufwand von vielleicht 30 Minuten im Monat, das sollte jeder verkraften ;)
Wir sind da auch nicht so streng und erledigen das wie es jedem zeitlich passt.

Aktuell sind wir so auf Buddy-Basis untereinander, man kann entspannt miteinander reden oder mal ein Bier trinken oder auch feiern gehen, die anderen beiden Mitbewohner sind sehr entspannte Menschen mit denen man cool reden kann.
Die zwei anderen sind relativ oft länger außer Haus unterwegs für mehrere Tage, das heißt du hast oft die Wohnung für dich und viel Ruhe.

Meiner Meinung nach ist es eine richtig schöne WG, vor allem die Kombination aus Lage, Preis und Größe!
Und warum zieh ich dann aus? Naja, ich leb hier schon eine Weile und irgendwann will man halt seine eigene Wohnung ;)
