The room is about 15 m ² and is located in the direction of an inner courtyard and is therefore nice and quiet. We use our rooms rather than bedrooms, because the WG life is in the large living / dining room and kitchen:). Home Office also goes in the room without any problems.

Die komplette Wohnung hat 116m², wurde vor ca. 7 Jahren aus 2 Wohnungen zusammengelegt und ist komplett saniert. Im gesamten Wohnbereich ist helles Eichenparkett verlegt. Zur WG gehört ein sehr großes Gemeinschaftswohnzimmer (ca.35m²), an das der Balkon angeschlossen ist. Die Wohnung ist generell sehr warm und freundlich eingerichtet.
Das Bad verfügt über eine Badewanne, eine separat davon begehbare Dusche und ein WC. Im Badezimmer befindet sich zudem auch eine Gemeinschaftswaschmaschine. Zusätzlich gibt es noch ein zweites separates Gäste-WC.
Die Küche bietet alles, was man braucht (Backofen, Herd, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Kaffeemaschine, Küchenausstattung...). Das Wohnzimmer ist groß und luftig und aktuell mit einem Essplatz und einem großen Sofa ausgestattet.
