I am looking for a roommate (m/f/d) to share our cozy 3-room apartment (65 sqm) located in the heart of Stuttgart-West. The available room is approximately 18 sqm, offering plenty of space to make yourself comfortable ;)

About the Apartment:

- Bright bathroom with natural light (to be seen in the pictures)

Who I am looking for:
A tidy and reliable roommate, preferable between 25 and 35 years old, who is working full-time and fits well into a harmonious living environment.

The apartment is located in Stuttgart West (Silberburgstr.) with excellent public transport connections (Ubahn and Bus). You can be in the city center in 8 minutes using public transportation or in 20 minutes if you prefer to walk.

If you own a car, you can get a Bewohnerparkausweis and then you'll be able to park in the area without any problem.

Furthermore, gym, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. are available in under 1 minute of walking distance.

Who I am looking for:
A tidy and reliable roommate, preferable between 25 and 35 years old, who is working full-time or part-time and fits well into a harmonious living environment.
Someone who values their independence but is also open to having a chat or sharing a drink from time to time :)

The additional costs (Nebenkosten) are the following:
