ich biete im schönen Stuttgarter Westen ein Zimmer zur Untermieten an. Am liebsten an Wochenendpendler oder Vielbeschäftigte. Das Zimmer ist 12 qm groß und daher perfekt für jemanden, der nur ab und zu Zuhause ist. Vielleicht lebst du außerhalb von Stuttgart und fährst unter der Woche nach Stuttgart um dort zu arbeiten oder bist viel unterwegs und suchst etwas wo du hin und wieder bist.
Die Untermiete läuft erstmal befristet, kann aber auch verlängert werden.
Die Wohnung ist im 5. Stock und super schön.
Sie verfügt über eine Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine und eine sehr gut erhaltende Einbauküche.
Insgesamt ist es sehr ruhig und super zentral. Du bist mit dem Bus in 10 min. am Hbf. Die Haltestelle ist direkt vor der Türe oder kannst die U-Bahn oder S-Bahn nutzen.
Ich bin 35 Jahre alt und arbeite in Stuttgart im Personal. Es wäre gut, wenn du auch berufstätig bist.
Ansonsten bin ich sportlich, mag Spieleabende, reise gerne und treffe mich mit Freunden. Ich habe schon viele Jahre in WG‘s gewohnt und schätze ein freundliches, nettes und offenes Miteinander.
