Dream location in the popular Stuttgarter Westen near the Feuersee, a few minutes walk to the Stuttgart city centre, and just 2 minutes walk to the S-Bahn (all S-Bahn lines). The roommates students, 20 to 24 years (architecture, mechanical engineering) and a roommate who has been living in the WG for a very long time and is 55 years old. All are non-smoking.
The room offers a lot of space, 28 m2. Through two large windows comes a lot of light and also through the laminate floor, the room is very bright and friendly. In the room there is a sink with hot and cold water and a refrigerator.
The WG has a kitchen with stove and oven, washing machine and tumble dryer.
The room is partly furnished with wardrobe, table, chairs, shelves. The room is without bed, it's for someone who wants to bring their own bed.
Shower and toilet are used together with the roommates.
Once a week comes a cleaning company that cleanses the bathroom, toilet, hallway and staircase (included in the additional cost package).
Internet via WLAN is available in the apartment: A roommate has an internet contract and everyone can use the Internet together via WLAN, the costs are shared by those who want to use the shared WLAN.
GEZ fee / radio fee is included in the additional cost package.
Cold rent 400 Euro
Auxiliary charge fee 160 Euro (it is a flat rate, i.e. all future invoices are therefore cancelled (heating, gas, electricity, water, garbage collection and GEZ/Rundfunkgeld and once weekly cleaning of the common rooms by cleaning company), so no additional costs are incurred later, as there is no billing. The only extra is the Internet if you want to use it, you pay directly to the roommate, about 7 Euro/month

Traumlage im beliebten Stuttgarter Westen beim Feuersee, wenige Minuten zu Fuß in die Stuttgarter Innenstadt, und nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß zur S-Bahn (alle S-Bahnlinien). Die Mitbewohner Studenten, 20 bis 24 Jahre (Architektur, Maschinenbau) sowie ein Mitbewohner, der schon sehr lange in der WG wohnt und 55 Jahre alt ist. Alle sind Nichtraucher.
Das Zimmer bietet sehr viel Platz, 28 m² groß. Durch zwei große Fenster kommt sehr viel Licht und auch durch den Laminatfußboden ist das Zimmer sehr hell und freundlich. Im Zimmer befindet sich ein Waschbecken mit Warm- und Kaltwasser und ein Kühlschrank.
Die WG hat eine Küche mit Herd und Backofen, Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner.
Das Zimmer ist teilweise möbliert mit Schrank, Tisch, Stühle, Regalschränke. Das Zimmer ist ohne Bett, es ist für jemanden, der gerne ein eigenes Bett mitbringen möchte.
Dusche und Toilette werden gemeinsam mit den Mitbewohnern benutzt.
Einmal wöchentlich kommt eine Reinigungsfirma, die Bad, WC, Flur und Treppenhaus sauber macht (in der Nebenkostenpauschale enthalten).
Internet über WLAN ist in der Wohnung vorhanden: Ein Mitbewohner hat einen Internetvertrag und alle können das Internet gemeinsam nutzen über WLAN, die Kosten teilen sich diejenigen, die das gemeinsame WLAN nutzen möchten.
GEZ-Gebühr/Rundfunkgebühr ist in der Nebenkostenpauschale enthalten.
Kaltmiete 400 Euro
Nebenkostenpauschale 160 Euro (es ist eine Pauschale, d.h. alle zukünftigen Rechnungen sind damit abgegolten sind (Heizung, Gas, Strom, Wasser, Müllabfuhr und GEZ/Rundfunkgebühr und einmal wöchentliche Reinigung der gemeinsamen Räume durch Reinigungsfirma), es fällt also später KEINE Nebenkostennachzahlung an, da es keine Abrechnung gibt. Das einzige Extra ist das Internet, wenn man das nutzen möchte, zahlt man direkt an den Mitbewohner, ca. 7 Euro/Monat
