In our beautiful large 4 WG in the West of Stuttgart, a room is free and we are looking for a nice working room. possible in January or 01.02. Update from 05.12.: There will be another room free ;)
Our apartment is a total of 140sqm and has 5 rooms. The larger of the two free rooms is about 29m2 and has parquet flooring. Through the three windows, the room is bright and south-east oriented. The smaller, but with 23 m2 still spacious room is directly next to it. It has two windows towards south-south and is therefore also beautifully bright.
The rent for the larger room is about 608€ and the smaller one becomes for approx. 550€ rented.
The apartment also has a beautiful, bright 21 sqm living room with beamer, screen and playstation. Perfect for having a working day end in the evening.
The fitted kitchen is also fully equipped (spinning machine, washing machine, microwave etc.) and all kitchen utensils are available.
For the kitchen, the new washing machine and the rest of the apartment is a discount of 300 € due.
Unfortunately, pets in the apartment are not allowed according to the rental agreement if you should own..
The apartment is very central. The city centre (Rotebühlplatz, Königstraße) is just 500 metres away.
The S-Bahn stop Feuersee is within walking distance (150m). All shopping facilities (REWE, EDEKA, Kiosk, 24 hours supermarket etc.) as well as pubs, bars and cafes are in the immediate vicinity. Almost behind the house is the Charles Height, which is like our garden.
Despite the central location, the apartment is very quiet!
We (Max (33) and Jasi (27)) are working and wish us someone who is sympathetic and open.
We're nothing but a purpose WG! From cooking together, drinking beer, chilling at the Charles Height or at the Fire Lake to make every thing, everything is in it and is also lived like that. Everything can, nothing has to.
As our landlord wants to refurbish the house, the rental contract ends on 31.12.2026. But that's a long way to go.
