Hallo liebe WG Suchende,
zu vermieten ist ein Zimmer in einer wunderschönen vier Zimmer Altbauwohnung mit Parkett- und Fischgrätböden, einer tollen Küche und einem großen Balkon. Das Zimmer ist ab dem 01.02.2018 bezugsbereit. Waschmaschine, Trockner, großer Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine, TV, Telefon und alles was man so braucht ist vorhanden =)
Zu Fuß ist man in 2 Minuten bei der S-Bahn Station Schwabstraße. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (z.B. REWE City, EDEKA, dm,..) Restaurants, Cafés und Bars sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auch der Feuersee ist gleich ums Eck und auch sonst ist´s hier einfach ne schöne Gegend.
Ein bisschen was zu uns...
Unser angehender Doktor Martin (30), mein Freund Ricardo (27) und ich (Isabelle, 26), wohnen zusammen in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung und fühlen uns dort auch sehr wohl. Wir sind auf der Suche nach einer netten, offenen Mitbewohnerin, mit der man sich einfach gut versteht, menschlich als auch beim Zusammenleben und der ein schönes und ordentliches Zuhause genau so wichtig ist wie uns.
