Hello dear WG-Seeking,
we, Ali (the), Judith and Christian, are looking for a new roommate from February 2025 or a new roommate for our WG in Stuttgart's beautiful West. Since we are all employed/employees, we are looking for someone over 25 in a similar situation as we are (does not say so much harm).
Our WG is located very centrally near the lake of fire. From there all the S-Bahn lines drive and you walked into the city in just 10 minutes. The quiet side street is located not far from Karlshöhe and you will find some nice cafés in the immediate vicinity. Listen to everything, but we have "streetart" on the house wall...
Our beautiful old building apartment has a balcony (where smoked), a conservatory (named "Kabuff") as well as beautiful old wooden planks. Bathroom and toilet are refurbished. Washing machine, dishwasher, telephone/internet connection and kitchen equipment are available.
The free room is 17 m2 and costs warm 275 € per month (warm rental).
A second room will be released in March 2025 as Ali leaves us unfortunately. This second room is slightly larger than the one that is written out here and after Ali's withdrawal the room can also be changed if necessary.
We are not a purpose WG, and we are constantly doing various things together. These include sellige cooking evenings or even something in common (this is the ideal condition, but at the moment everything is somewhat chaotic): A person commutes for 3 days, the Ali is finishing her. But what is still true: we are happy when we meet in the kitchen and exchange ourselves as we are, what is happening again in the small and big world and so:-)
We see ourselves as open people and would be happy with a person who feels comfortable in such a WG. Alu hats, eso-worms and, of course, people with right thought will not be happy with us.

Ali: Restoration student who writes straight, sometimes panic, sometimes euphoric, her MA work finished
Judith: Musician, but - no worries - does not practice at home
Christian: WG-erpropter Ingenieur fÃ1⁄4r die Automobilindustrie, ÖPNV- und Deutschland-Ticket-Nutzer, who is looking for his form in vain at jogging
Since several changes take place in a short time in our WG, a new community will come together with you.
